No recipe needed. Add these to your favorite green tea.


Relieve the heat or warm up with hot or cold green tea mixed with cucumber and mint. Green tea is filled with antioxidants, helps with brain function, and improves ciruculation. Cucumber have many benefits but reduce inflammation and are packed with postassium, magnesium and have vitamins A, C, and K as well as calcium. Mint aids digestion and increases bile flow while assisting with relief of bloating and gas.
