Cheeseburger Salad

Cheeseburger Salad with Special Sauce

It's currently all over Pinterest and here's our rendition!


Ingredients:


8 cups chopped romaine

16 ounces ground beef, browned

4 tablespoons chopped red onion

1/2 cup diced dill pickle (personally I like the zesty ones)

8 ounces, cheddar cheese, shredded

8 cherry tomatoes, halved


Salad Dressing


1/2 cup keto friendly mayo

2 tablespoons dill pickle relish or chopped dill pickles

1tablespoon mustard

2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar

1/2 tsp onion powder

1 tsp paprika

1/4 salt

10 drops sweet leaf stevia (more or less to taste)

2 tablespoons water


Dressing:

Mix all ingredients in a blender or food processor. Can mix in pickles after if you like a chunkier sauce


On each of four plates layer 2 cups of romaine, 4 ounces of ground beef, 2 ounces of cheddar cheese, 1 tablespoon of red onion, 2 tablespoons of diced pickle, and four cherry tomato halves.


Top with 2-4 tablespoons of the special sauce.
