Blondies with Chocolate Chips


Serves 12


Ingredients:


1 1/2 cups almond butter

1/2 cup Allulose

1-2 teaspoons expresso powder

2 teaspoons baking powder

1/8 teaspoon salt

1 tablespoon vanilla

10 drops Stevia glycerite or Stevia drops

8 ounces sugar free chocolate chips


Directions:


Heat oven to 375 degrees.


Combine all ingredients except chocolate with a whisk until thoroughly combined. Stir in chocolate chips.


Place in a parchment lined 8 inch square pan.


Bake approx. 20 minutes. Insert toothpick one inch from center and should come out clean.


Let cool before cutting.
